基于“竞争力导向”的城市发展战略研究——以“哈尔滨城市发展战略规划”为例

On the Competition-oriented Urban Development Strategies:A case study of Harbin

尽管国内学术界已经进行了不少城市发展战略的研究 ,但是成熟的研究框架仍未提出。与此同时 ,城市竞争力成为学术界的热点研究课题 ,也成了城市发展战略研究的主要内容之一。本文试图从城市竞争力分析入手 ,建立“竞争力导向”的城市发展战略研究框架 ,并利用该研究框架对哈尔滨进行实证研究。

Although many studies on urban development strategies have been taken in the field of domestic academe,there is not yet a complete and practical framework proposed for the studies. Meanwhile,the urban competition has become a highlight in the urban studies as well as a main part in the studies of urban development strategies. In the article,a competition-oriented framework on urban development strategies is proposed based on the analysis of urban competition,and the case study on Harbin is also taken in the paper as well.
