Colliding and Blending of Two Kinds of Planning Trains of Thought in Ecology Agriculture Park Planning

在农业园区规划中现在有两种主要思路:以产业专核心的园区规划和以土地利用为核心的园区规划,以此做了对比分析和总结,根据园区的特点,结合上海市松江区五厍农业园区规划实践探索和验证,提出了一种新的农业园区规划思路,即以提高农产品竞争力为核心的规划思路。

This paper discusses two major trains of though currently used in the planning of agriculture park: focus on industry and focus on land utilization. The author compare and contrast these two trains of though, then propose a new trains of though which fits the characteristics of agriculture park and based on the exploring and verifying of the planning practice of Songjiang agriculture park in Shanghai. The new planning trains of though focus on improving the compete power of agricultural products.
