摘要
鉴于过去的研究主要以家户住宅选择模式为对象,且大多以住宅的平面需求偏好来探讨,而欠缺以高科技人才的多向需求面去分析住宅动态选择模式;因此,藉由相关文献回顾,并以新竹科学园区之高科技人才为例,进行科技人才于各时期定住区位选择的调查,经统计分析,落实至土地使用上,比较分析各影响因素相互的关系,进一步了解高科技人才于不同时间背景在住宅方面的偏好、需求与选择行为等的考量,进而探讨园区周围土地使用的问题,并提出相关建议,以期能建立一套属于高科技地医发展规划的模式,提供科学园区相关规划之参酌。
The object of the past research on residence pattern is that families choose residences and most scholars focused on the supply of a residence, while they did not consider the demand of a residence. This paper focused on the study of each stage of high-tech professionals choose what kind of residences or areas, as well as the different evolution residence-choosing patterns in Hsinchu district. The analytical results of this investigation provide a basis for industrial district planning and management.
