摘要
通过大量例证的研究,对我国实施近10年的城市土地储备制度进行了全面评价与分析。总结了我国实施城市土地储备制度对社会经济发展的积极作用,尤其是对我国土地使用制度改革的深化与完善作用,同时也指出了现行的城市土地储备制度存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议。
In this paper,the urban land banking system that carried out for nearly decade in China's Mainland has been reviewed and analyzed through the exemplification study . The positive effect on social-economic development, especially on the improvement and deepening of the land use system reform in our country have been summarized. At the same time,the existing problems of the system and its implement process have been pointed out, the corresponding countermeasures have been given also.
