摘要 针对装备高温部位红外隐身需求,本论文结合大气等离子喷涂和丝网印刷-烧结工艺制备高温红外低发射率涂层。经过900℃和1100℃耐温性试验后,涂层高温红外发射率变化较小,表面未出现裂纹、脱落等缺陷,表明涂层可在900℃下长时使用,短时耐温达到1100℃。并且涂层表现出优异的低发射率特性,具有较好的工程化应用前景。 Owing to the requirement of infrared stealth property of high speed aircraft,high-temperature infrared low-emissivity coating was prepared by combining air plasma spraying and screen printing-sintering process.After thermal cycling at 900℃and 1100℃for a certain time,there is small change in high-temperature infrared emissivity of the coating before and after thermal cycling,while no obvious cracks,spallation or delamination can be discovered from coating surface,indicating that the high-temperature infrared low-emissivity coating can be used at 900℃for a long time and withstand 1100℃for a short time.Furthermore,the coating exhibits excellent low-emissivity,which indicates better prospect of engineering application.
