"一带一路"战略是区域性举措,河南省需要将传统的中原文化和先进的红色经典形象形成独特的文化产业和文化品牌,用经济发展推动文化软实力的提升,用文化实力作为经济的强有力支撑,进而全面融入"一带一路"的战略举措。
'One Belt and One Road' strategy is a regional initiative, Henan Province should makethe tradi-tional culture of the Central Plains and the advanced red classic image form a unique cultural industry and cul-tural brand, promote cultural soft power by enhancing economic development, with the cultural strength as the strong support of the economy, thus fully integrating into the strategic initiative of 'OneBelt and One Road' .
