摘要
教育的最终目的不是传授已有的知识,而是在于唤醒。只有唤醒了生命个体强烈的"求真"欲,才能引发其内在的驱动力,从而引导学生走向"求真"的道路。教育者应该从定位、关注、认可、愿力、鼓励、育化等多个方面不倦地唤醒学生,从整体班级氛围到个体生命觉醒等多个维度激发学生,关注每一个个体的所需,精心设计多种活动形式来感染学生,让学生在自然而然的熏染中提高觉醒程度。
The ultimate goal of education is not to only teach oneself some knowledge,but to motivate individual's strong desire for knowledge and truth.Only in this way can we trigger the inner drives of students for acquiring knowledge.Educators can motivate students with variety methods,such as selfrecognition,attention,recognition,determination,encouragement and nurturing.Educators should pay close attention to every student's individual needs,arousing students' enthusiasm and self-awareness with various forms of activities.
