摘要
课例研究对教师专业发展具有一定的促进作用。中国人民大学附属中学数学教研组对两者之间的关系进行了调查。调查结果表明,被调查教师高度认同课例研究对教师专业发展的促进作用。教师在课例研究中最希望的是发展教学行为改进能力和学生学习活动设计能力,最希望的课例研究方式是和教师同伴一起研究及在校内专家指导下研究,最希望的专家指导方式是教师与专家探究式的平等讨论及教师提问后的专家针对性指导。
The case studies of lessons impose positive impact on the professional development of teachers. The math department of The High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China(RDFZ) has researched on the relationship between the two. The result shows that the surveyed teachers highly recognize the positive function of case studies of lessons to teacher professional development. What teachers desire most is to develop their teaching capabilities through these studies as well as to develop students' designing capabilities in learning activities. The most desired approach for studies is to conduct researches with their teacher peers under the guidance of experts at RDFZ. The most desired approach for experts' guidance is through equal discussion and teachers' questioning after the discussion.
