Exploration on RDFZ Teaching Reform: The Significance of Learning

学校在教育教学中应强调让学生幸福地学习和生活,使其在学习中感受到"爱与智慧"。中国人民大学附属中学的教学变革做到了这一点,它让学生体会到科学知识内在联系带来的美感和幸福,并将学生的情感体验作为学习的内容;鼓励所有的学生用不同的方法去学习,鼓励学生创新。要达到这种境界,教师需要从系统理解学科价值、处理好学生认知水平和学科知识结构间的矛盾、避免对学科本体知识的缺失等方面不断提高自身的学科教学能力。

In educating and teaching, schools should emphasize that students live and learn happily, making them feel the 'love and wisdom' in learning. The educational reform at the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China has achieved this goal, bringing students to experience the beauty and happiness of the intrinsic links of scientific knowledge. Besides, RDFZ regard the emotional experience of students as the content of learning, encouraging all students to learn using different approaches and to innovative. To achieve such a state, teachers need to constantly improve their own subject teaching capabilities through systematically understanding the subject value, dealing with the contradiction between the cognitive level of students and the structure of subject knowledge, and avoiding the lack of subject knowledge.
