以积极心理学理念为导向的学校建设

摘要 上海市同济中学是一所有着百年传统、文化底蕴深厚的学校,如何在继承传统的基础上把学校真正建设成为使人愉悦、促人发展,给人以前进的动力,推动人全面发展和健康成长的地方成为学校工作的重点。借鉴积极心理学理念,同济中学从自然环境和人文环境建设入手,积极构建有利于师生优势特长发展的环境,以此形成积极的学风和教风。基于积极心理学的学校建设极大地提升了同济中学师生的精神面貌,促进了师生的发展。 As a school with a history over 100 years and with rich culture deposit, Shanghai Tongji High School focuses on how to make the school a place that brings happiness, promotes development, motivates progress and fosters all-round development. Inspired by positive psychology, our school decides to start from natural as well as cultural environment construction. To be specific, we try to create an environment where both students and teacher can bring out their best so as to form a positive study and teaching atmosphere around the campus. Positive psychology contributes greatly to the improvement of the psychological statues of our students and teachers and promotes their development.
