Research on Nurturing Innovative Qualities for High School Students and the Modern Education Governance of High Schools

摘要 基于对上海中学开展的高中生创新素养培育实验探索的分析,高中生创新素养培育应关注以下几点:将立德树人与学生内动力激活置于首位;注重学生志趣能匹配领域的创新思维、人格提升;对课程、教材、教学、评价等各方面进行相应变革;需要构建大学与高中无缝衔接的培育链。同时,学校要构建与高中生创新素养培育相匹配的现代治理结构,具体可从释放公办学校活力、发挥公办学校自我造血功能、注重国际教育实践研究、加强对社会资本的利用四方面入手。 Based on the analysis on the experiments, implemented by Shanghai High School, of nurturing innovative qualities for high school students, the following aspects should be focused on in the nurturing process: Strengthening morality and activating students' inner driver should be prioritized; students' interests should be marched with the innovative thinking and personality improvement of specific fields; corresponding reforms should take place in the aspects of curriculum, textbooks, teaching and educating and assessment; the cultivation in high school and that in universities should be better bridged. Meanwhile, modern governance structure, which should coincide with the nurturing of innovative qualities for high school students, should be established in high schools. Specifically, the following fours aspects can be the starting point: The vitality of public schools should be released; the self-hematopoietic function of public schools should be played; practice and research on international education should be emphasized; the use of social capital should be strengthened.
