Creative Western Culture Model and Its Inspiration in Education

摘要 培养创新型人才是我国未来5~10年的重要战略目标之一。对"创新""创造性"的科学理解,有助于创新型人才的培养。通过对创造性的西方文化模型评析可以得出,创造性的形成是一个逐步积累、继承与发展的过程,它需要个体坚持不懈的辛勤付出,需要个体保持独立思考与团队合作间的张力,它得益于健康的心理,又有益于心理的健康。因此,我国在创新型人才培养中应重视锻炼学生的意志品质、构建合理性知识体系、培养独立性与合作性、训练综合性思维模式,并且与心理健康教育相结合,构建起系统性的创新教育工程。 The cultivation of innovative talents is one of China's important strategic missions in the next 5 to 10 years. The scientific understanding towards innovation can boost the cultivation of innovative talents. Through assessment and analysis on creative western culture model, it is drawn that the formation of creativity is a process of gradual accumulation, inheritance and development, which requires persistent hard work of individuals and balance between independent thinking and teamwork. It benefits from mental health and in turn is beneficial to mental health. Therefore, China's cultivation for innovative talents should put emphasis on the training of students' willpower and qualities, establishment of reasonable knowledge system, cultivation of a sense of independence and cooperation, training on comprehensive thinking model and combination with psychological health education, in order to establish a systematic innovative education project.
