教育空间站平台上粤台教师教育协同创新研究

The Research on Collaborative Education Innovation between Guangdong and Taiwan Teachers on the Platform of Education Space Station

摘要 粤台教师教育协同创新存在跨境合作的空间障碍,需要从教师专业发展的角度建立协同创新的网络化平台,而岭南师范学院教育空间站就是这个网络化平台的中枢。教育空间站协同创新中心以教育空间站为支撑,由学术委员会根据粤台教师教育协同创新需求制订建设教育空间站中各类协同创新平台的申报指南,再让协同单位的教育技术中心以项目申报形式协同建设对应各类专业教师教育需求的协同创新平台。该中心按照谁建设谁优先使用、协同单位共享的原则,对平台上参与协同创新的教师实施知识增值的内在激励,并采取有效措施确保教育空间站协同创新平台发挥其高效联通功能。 There have been space barriers in terms of the collaborative innovation in education between Guangdong and Taiwan teachers. Thus, there's the need to establish the Internet platform for collaborative innovation from the perspective of teachers' professional development. And the education space station of Lingnan Normal University is a hub for such an Internet platform. The Center for Collaborative Innovation through Education Space Station is pillared by the Education Space Station. Its academic committee develops various filing guidelines for the diverse collaborative platforms based on the innovative needs of Guangdong and Taiwan teachers in education collaborative innovation. The education technology center of the collaborative entity then constructs corresponding collaborative innovation platform based on the education needs of various fields of teachers, in the form of project application. The center follows the principle that 'constructors have priorities in usage and the platform should be shared with collaborative entities', which becomes an intrinsic motivation for the teachers who participate on the platform in collaborative innovation to enhance and promote value-added knowledge and becomes an effective measure to ensure the effective connective function of the collaborative innovation platform of the education space station.
