摘要
学科教学是创新人才培养的主阵地。学科教学在创新人才培养中要关注教学速度、教学程度和教学方式三个方面。江苏省天一中学在地理学科教学中很好地把握了教学速度的"快与慢"、教学程度的"深与浅"及教学方式的"丰与简",既增强了学生学习地理的兴趣、提升了其学科核心素养,又促进了学生个性的发展、培养了其创新思维和创新能力。
Subject teaching is the main front of the cultivation of innovative talents. Subject teaching should pay attention to three aspects in the cultivation of innovative talents: teaching speed, teaching level and teaching methods.
