Current Situation and Experience of Entrepreneurial Education Abroad

当前,许多发达国家不同程度地开展了创业教育,积累了丰富的经验。具体来说,以下几点经验值得我国借鉴:一是创业生态环境为创业教育发展奠定坚实基础;二是政府制订并主导国家创业教育政策和行动计划;三是形成覆盖全民的国民创业教育体系;四是高校全面改革人才培养模式和课程体系;五是创业教育与创业实践紧密联系;六是高度重视创业教育师资培训;七是建立强有力的创业教育社会支持体系;八是注重创业教育的效果和影响力评价。这就要求我国把创新创业教育落实到人才培养的过程中,以创新促进创业,以创业带动就业。

The research on entrepreneurial education in major countries in the world finds that the following experience is worthy of our reference. First, the entrepreneurial environment is a solid foundation for the development of entrepreneurial education. Second, the government formulates and leads national entrepreneurship education policies and action plans. Third, it is important to form a national entrepreneurial education system.Fourth,universities carry out a comprehensive reform on personnel training mode and curriculum system. Fifth, entrepreneurial education should be closely related to entrepreneurial practice. Sixth, teacher training of entrepreneurial education should be highly paid attention to. Seventh, a strong entrepreneurial education social support system should be built up. Eighth, it is very important to focus on the effects and evaluation of entrepreneurial education. This requires our country to carry out innovation and entrepreneurial education in the talent training process, in order to promote innovation and entrepreneurship with the purpose of better employment.
