负压封闭引流技术在肢体和腹部创伤中的应用

Clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage in extremity and abdominal trauma

负压封闭引流技术目前在国内大多数地区得到了应用,通过在创面周围形成持续或间断负压的密闭空间,达到控制感染、促进肉芽生长的作用,为最终的皮肤覆盖创造条件。笔者结合负压吸引的适应证及作用机制,结合文献复习介绍其在骨与软组织创伤和腹部创伤的临床应用。

The technique of vacuum sealing drainage( VSD) has been performed in most areas of China. It controls the infection and promotes granulation by creating a continuous vacuum space around the wound and finally creates condition for the skin closure. The author combined the indication of VSD with its mechanism of action together with past literatures to summarize its clinical application in the trauma of bones,soft tissues and abdomen.
