摘要
目的观察皮肤创面愈合过程中促黑素受体(MC1R)是否表达于创面皮肤以及动态变化过程。方法制作大鼠皮肤创面,分别使用HE染色和免疫组织化学方法观察皮肤创伤后1、3、5、7、14、21d皮肤创面愈合过程中MC1R的表达定位变化。结果在创面愈合过程中MC1R表达于创面周围炎性细胞、新生成基底层细胞,且阳性细胞向创面中心聚集。结论创面愈合过程中MC1R的时空表达特性提示MC1R参与创面愈合且与配体结合后可能对创面愈合炎症反应有调控作用。
Objective To explore whether melanocortin 1 receptor( MC1R) expresses in wounded skin and its dynamic change in the wound healing process. Methods Skin wounds in rats were made and HE staining and immunohistochemical method were employed to observe the change of MC1 R expression sites in the wound healing process 1,3,5,7,14,21 days later respectively. Results The study found that MC1 R expressed in inflammatory cells around the wound and newly-generated basal cells in the wound healing process. And as the wound healing gradually migrated to the wound center,the expression quantity gradually increased. Conclusion In the process of wound healing,the expression characteristics of MC1 R suggest that MC1 R / α-MSH participates in wound healing and may regulate inflammatory response in the process of wound healing.
