Thinking and Exploration on the Training Mode of Art Professionals in Local Engineering Colleges

人才培养是高校的根本任务,不断提高人才培养质量,服务地方经济社会发展是地方高校持之以恒的目标追求。当前,地方工科院校艺术专业人才培养还存在诸多问题,如培养模式、师资等方面均有所欠缺。文章以此为出发点,就存在的问题进行了分析,并提出相应的解决建议。

Personnel training is the fundamental task of colleges and universities. It is the persistent goal of local colleges and universities to continuously improve the quality of personnel training and serve the local economic and social development. At present, there are still many problems in the training of art professionals in local engineering colleges, such as the training mode and teachers. Based on this, the paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
