基于焦点解决模式的高职学院班导师工作探析

"00后"学生即将成为新一代大学生的主力军,面对这些个性更加独立、自信的"00后"们,高职班导师需要迅速调整工作思路,提高育人工作的实效性。本文先介绍了焦点解决工作模式的基本思路,又探讨了焦点解决模式在高职院校班导师工作的必要性和具体应用,结合笔者所在学院的高职学院班导师工作经验,希望能够为各高职院校班导师队伍摸索出一套符合自身特色又适应新时期高职发展需求的高效工作模式提供一些借鉴和建议。
