基于SWOT分析的粤西高校贫困生就业竞争力分析研究

当前大学生就业形势严峻、用人需求结构性矛盾突出,如何引导、落实好高校毕业生中的特殊群体贫困大学生就业,事关教育公平,阻断贫困代际传递等民生问题,越来越受到社会的广泛关注。本文结合地方经济、社会发展,通过SWOT分析方法对粤西高校贫困生在就业竞争中潜在的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇与挑战进行了简要分析,并提出了加强粤西高校贫困生就业竞争力的对策与建议。

The current grim situation of university students' employment, the employing demand structural contradiction, how to guide, implement the special group of poor college students in college graduates employment, a matter of education fairness, blocking the intergenerational transmission of the people's livelihood problem, more and more get the wide attention of the society. Combining with the local economic and social development, through the SWOT analysis method for poor students in colleges and universities in west of guangdong province in the employment competition potential advantage, disadvantage and the opportunities and challenges faced by the brief analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of west guangdong college students employment and the suggestion.
