产学研协同创新需求下高职院校内部治理结构的改革路径

Reform Path of Internal Governance Structure of Higher Vocational Colleges under the Demand of Collaborative Innovation of Industry-University-Research

高职院校是我国教学体系中的关键环节和重要组成部分,为了提升高职教育的教学治理,凸显其教学优势,应切实提升高职院校的"产学研"融合发展质量。基于协同创新发展角度,通过产学研合作方式,实现高职院校、研究机构及企业之间的双赢发展。文章以广东省科学技术职业学院产学研现状及协同创新改革为研究对象,分析了产学研融合发展背景下的内部治理结构形式,提出了相应的改革路径和措施,以期提升国内高职院校"产学研"教学质量。

Higher vocational colleges are the key links and important components of the teaching system in China.In order to improve the teaching management of higher vocational education and highlight its teaching advantages,it is necessary to improve the development quality of integration of production-learning-research in higher vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of synergistic innovation and development,the win-win development among higher vocational colleges,research institutes and enterprises can be realized by means of industry-university-research cooperation.The paper takes the status quo of production-teaching-research and the reform of collaborative innovation in Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Technology as the research object,analyzes the internal governance structure under the background of the integration of production-learning-research,and puts forward the corresponding reform paths and measures in order to improve the teaching quality of production-learning-research in higher vocational colleges in China.
