工学结合人才培养模式下的高职会计专业教改探索

On Teaching Reform of Accounting Major under the Talent-training Mode of Work-integrated Learning in Higher Vocational Colleges

为了促进高等职业教育与社会经济发展有机结合,提升高等职业教育的教学质量,国家对高等职业教育人才培养模式提出并进行了一系列的改革,其中工学结合人才培养模式有效发挥了行业对高等职业教育人才培养的引领作用。基于工学结合人才培养模式,分析高职会计专业教学中存在的问题,提出了重构课程体系及实践教学模式等。

In order to promote the organic combination of higher vocational education and social and economic development,and improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education,the state has proposed and carried out a series of reforms on the talent-training mode of higher vocational education.Among them,the talent-training mode of work-integrated learning has effectively played the leading role of the industry in higher vocational talent training.Based on the talent-training mode of work-integrated learning,the paper analyzes the problems existed in the teaching of accounting major in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some teaching reform plans such as reconstructing curriculum system and practical teaching model.
