双创教育背景下公共英语教改及教师能力提升研究

Study on the Improvement of Teaching Ability of Public English Teachersunder the Background of Double Education

在创新创业教育背景下,本研究总结了高校公共英语教师存在的问题,即双创意识淡薄、不能与时俱进更新教学理念且教学模式落后和持续学习意识不强。针对问题提出了建议,英语教师需加强双创意识,更新教学理念,并树立终身学习意识以提升教学能力。

Under the background of double education,the study summarizes problems of public English teachers.They are:teaching idea and mode fail to be updated and the awareness of double education and continuous learning is week.Suggestions are:teachers need to strengthen the awareness of double education,update teaching idea and establish a sense of lifelong learning to enhance teaching ability.
