基于校企合作的企业外贸业务员英语继续教育模式研究

Study on the Mode of Foreign Trade Salesmen'Continuous English Education on the Basis of College-Enterprise Cooperation

继续教育是终身教育体系的重要组成部分,随着企业对外贸人才要求的不断提高,外贸业务员为了提升自身的能力,纷纷投入到继续教育中。本文从分析外贸业务员英语继续教育中存在的问题入手,从构建主义、发现学习、人本主义及校企业合作等角度出发,提出了外贸业务员英语继续教育新模式。

Continuous education is an important part of the lifelong education system.Foreign trade salesmen have dedicated to continuing education to improve their own capabilities as the requirements have improved.The paper analyzes the existing problems in English continuing education of foreign trade salesmen,and proposes a new mode of foreign trade salesmen's continuous English education from the perspectives of constructivism,discovery learning,humanism and college-enterprise cooperation.
