摘要
创业者的核心特征是具备独特的人格特质。创业人格具有较强的迁移性和适应性,可以进一步广义化为自主创业、岗位创业和公益创业。为确定包含7个分量表、24个要素的"本土化创业人格测量表"的作用及效力,调研了212位成功人士和55位普通人士。通过数据分析,证明了"本土化创业人格测量表"变量间相关性弱、信度和效度高、因素对创业成功有显著作用。
The essential characteristic of entrepreneurs is their unique personality traits.Entrepreneurial personality owns good migratory aptitude and adaptability,which can be further generalized into self-employment,post entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship.The Localized Entrepreneurial Personality Measurement Form embodies 7 subscales and 24 elements,and to guarantee the efficacy of this form,we have investigated 212 successful individuals and 55 ordinary people.After analyzing the relevant data,we have testified that the variables of the measurement form,which has weak correlation,high reliability and validity,and these factors have a significant effect on entrepreneurial success.
