基于CIPP视角的高校创业教育能力评价实证分析与提升策略研究——以江西农业大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着江西省高校创新创业教育改革深入推进,将CIPP评价模型引入该省高校创新创业教育专项督导评估指标体系中,探索基于CIPP评估模式的高校创新创业教育能力评价模型。以江西农业大学为例,选择4个一级指标,10个二级指标,32个观察点进行研究分析,通过基于CIPP评估模式的高校创新创业教育能力评价模型实证分析江西农业大学创新创业能力的强弱,依据评测结果,探索适合江西农业大学创新创业人才培养模式的提升策略,为我省高校创新创业教育能力评估体系起到借鉴作用。 With the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Colleges and universities in Jiangxi, the CIPP evaluation model is introduced into the special supervision and evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in our province, and the evaluation model of innovative entrepreneurship education ability based on CIPP evaluation model is explored. Taking Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example, we choose 4 first grade index, 10 two level index and 32 observation point to study and analyze. Through the evaluation model of university innovation entrepreneurship education based on CIPP evaluation model, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the strength and weakness of the innovative entrepreneurial ability of Jiangxi Agricultural University. According to the results of the evaluation, it is suitable for the creation of Jiangxi Agricultural University. The promotion strategy of new entrepreneurial talents training mode can play a referential role for our province’s innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation system.
