随着我国高校的扩招规模不断扩大,使得我国的高校应届生连年激增,毕业生的就业非常严峻形势,所以大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导在目前大学阶段是有效缓解大学生就业难的关键性课程。这门课程是从人力资源理论和实践的基础上发展的适应广大大学生需求的必备型课程。虽然职业生涯规划与就业指导在教育界已经得到了广泛的认可,但是,作为一门新兴学科在发展的过程中产生了很多问题,所以该文针对这种课程现状进行探讨和分析,主张用全程化体验式的新方式进行大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导。

With the continuous expansion of university enrollment in our country, the number of college graduates in our country has increased year after year, and the employment forms of graduates are very severe. Therefore, career planning and employment guidance for college students are the key courses to effectively alleviate the employment difficulties of college students at the current University stage. This course is a necessary course to meet the needs of university students based on the theory and practice of human resources. Although career planning and employment guidance have been widely recognized in the education community, as a new discipline in the process of development has produced many problems, so this article discusses and analyzes the current situation of this course. It advocates the use of a new way of full experience to carry out career planning and employment guidance for college students.
