随着第四次工业革命的到来,信息科技已成为未来发展的趋势。"新工科"的提出,对工程教育改革指明了新的方向。在此背景下,该文对应用型人才培养模式的改革创新进行探索,对如何成为高水平全面型、多学科交叉的应用型人才提出了基本思路,并对该模式中需要解决的问题进行了相应的分析。

With the development of the fourth industrial revolution, information technology has become the trend of future. The concept of 'new engineering' has pointed out a new direction for the reform of engineering education. In this paper, the reform and innovation of applied talents training mode hasbeen studied. Furthermore, pointing out the basic idea on how to become a high-level, comprehensive and multi-disciplinary applied talents, and analyzing the problems that need to be solved in this mode.
