高校创新创业机构组织建设研究——以甘肃农业大学为例

Research on Organization Construction of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Institutions in Colleges and Universities——Take Gansu Agricul Tural University as an Example

近年来受国家政策影响,各高校均成立大学生创新创业相关组织机构,吸引了大量在校学生积极参与创新创业活动。因此,如何正确引导大学生创新创业组织机构发挥积极作用、完善办公机制,切实服务大学生创业、解决创新创业在发展中遇到的困难等问题已经成为高校管理工作者必须深入研究的课题。文章以甘肃农业大学为案例,主要针对高校创新创业组织运行中存在的问题进行探讨,提出加强组织机构建设的路径,使其在大学生就业、创业中发挥更加显著的作用。

In recent years, under the influence of national policies, colleges and universities have established organizations related to innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, which have attracted a large number of students to actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship activities. Therefore, how to correctly guide the organizational structure of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship to play a positive role, improve the office mechanism, effectively serve college students’ entrepreneurship, and solve the problems encountered in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship have become the subject that college managers must study in depth. Taking gansu agricultural university as the case, this paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the operation of university innovation and entrepreneurship organization, and puts forward the way to strengthen the construction of organizational structure, so that it can play a more significant role in college students’ employment and entrepreneurship.
