科技创新活动“四结合”与大学生创新能力培养模式探索 被引量:4

摘要 该文以机械类大学生为对象,将科技创新活动与立体化科技活动中心建设相结合、与学科赛事相结合、与集中实践教学环节相结合、与市场信息相结合,有效地引导学生走向创新之路。在构建与实践过程中,该培养体系分别从能力培养维度、环境支撑维度、能力展示维度上搭建了立体化科技活动平台,以实验室正逆向开放制度践行学生为主体、教师为主导的教学模式,通过学科赛事主题引入日常科技活动增强日常科技创新活动内容的具体化和趣味化,通过借助于科技创新活动改革实践教学体系促进学生知识向能力的转化,通过日常信息的引入提高学生科技创新活动的市场意识。实践证明,科技创新活动"四结合"活跃了学生思维,提升了学生的创新能力,加强了学生的创新精神,为工科类高校创新教育的改革与实践积累了可行性良好的成功经验。 The "Four Combinations" innovation ability training mode of scientific and technological innovation activities is set up among the mechanical undergraduate students. The "Four Combinations" mode means that scientific and the technological innovation activities should be combined with the construction of stereoscopic science and technology activity center, with academic competitions, with the practice courses of first class, with market information. The stereoscopic science and technology activity center is build up according to three dimensions which are ability cultivation, conditions supporting and ability demonstration. The combination with academic competitions can improve interestingness and concreteness of the innovation activities. The combination with the practice courses of first class can promote students' knowledge transforming to their ability. The combination with market information can strengthen the students' market consciousness. The result shows that the "Four Combinations" innovation ability training mode can motivate the students' thoughts, and promote the students' innovation ability, enhance the students' innovation spirit.All the results has accumulated successful experience for the reform of innovative education.
