Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Teaching Reform Mode in Emergency Nursing Teaching

摘要 目的研究综合性教学改革模式在急救护理学教学中的效果。方法将2014级护理学本科专业的学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各62人。对照组采取传统常规教学法进行教学;试验组应用综合性教学改革模式进行教学。结果统计分析显示,试验组学生的合作意识、对提高临床实践能力、对急救护理学课程的兴趣方面优于对照组,比较结果具有统计学意义。试验组的考核成绩、教学评价均高于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论综合性教学改革模式可以提高学生的合作能力、临床思维能力、处理急救事件的能力以及学生对急救护理学课程的满意度。 Objective To study the effect of comprehensive teaching reform model in the teaching of emergency nursing. Methods Students of the 2014 Bachelor of Nursing undergraduate majors were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 62 persons each. The control group was taught by the traditional routine teaching method; the experimental group applied the comprehensive teaching reform mode for teaching. Results Statistical analysis showed that the cooperation consciousness of the students in the experimental group was better than that of the control group in improving the clinical practice ability and the interest in the emergency nursing course. The comparison results were statistically significant. The test scores and teaching evaluation of the test group were higher than the control group, which was statistically significant. Conclusion The comprehensive teaching reform model can improve students' ability to cooperate, clinical thinking ability, ability to handle first-aid events, and students' satisfaction with emergency nursing courses.
