摘要
发展小学教育专业免费师范生的核心素养,除了知识、能力之外,还要注重培养他们的教育情怀,这样才能让教师"下得去","留得住",甚至"干得好",该文探讨了农村小学教育情怀的内涵,并从把控招生源头、强化职业教育等方面提出了培养策略。
