应用型本科院校创新创业教师发展评价——以大连科技学院为例

摘要 在经济社会对创新创业应用型人才日益增长的需求面前,高校创新创业教育已迈入全面发展阶段,本科高校教师的创新创业教学能力对创新创业教育的影响最为直接,因此应用型本科院校的创新创业教师发展尤为关键。在明确创新创业教育中教师职责的基础上,分析应用型本科院校创新创业教师应具备的条件,以大连科技学院为例,从教师自身及外界发展条件两个方面,提出并建立应用型本科创新创业教师发展评价体系,为推动应用型高校创新创业教师发展提供参考。 In the face of the increasing demand of the economic society for innovative and applied talents,innovation and entrepreneurship education in universitieshas entered the stage of all-round development.The university teachers' teaching ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has the most direct impact on innovation and entrepreneurship education.Therefore, the development of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in application-oriented universities is particularly critical.On the basis of clarifying the teacher's responsibilities in innovation and entrepreneurship education, it analyzes the conditions for innovative and entrepreneurial teachers should have in application-oriented universities.Considering the two aspects of the development conditions of teachers themselves and the external condition, and taking Dalian Institute of Science and Technology as an example,this paper proposes and establishes the development evaluation system of applied undergraduate innovative and entrepreneurial teachers.It provides a reference for promoting the development of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in applied universities.
