摘要
基于提高教学质量、优化人才培养方案的需求,笔者针对湖南工程学院建筑学专业毕业生就业情况进行了问卷调研。通过调研反观原有的人才培养方案中存在的问题,从而提出一系列优化措施,对于提高学生的培养质量具有现实的意义。同时对于同类型本科院校人才培养方案的制定具有一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the need of improving teaching quality and optimizing personnel training program, the author conducted a questionnaire survey on the employment situation of architectural graduates in Hunan Institute of Engineering.Through investigation and Reflection on the existing problems in the original talent training program, a series of optimization measures are put forward,which has a practical role in improving the quality of training.At the same time,it has a certain reference for the establishment of talent training programs in the same type of universities.
