The development of Non-governmental Vocational Colleges presents new characteristics. In view of the present situation of Non-governmental Vocational Colleges and the law of their development, librarians should develop new ideas and introduce new service modes. This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the innovation and construction of libraries, and expounds the innovation and development of libraries suitable for Non-governmental Vocational Schools from three aspects. Construction, to serve students and readers as the center, through reading activities, the third space construction, the curriculum resources structure to achieve innovative pattern construction. Only the way of thinking that suits the direction of rational construction of Libraries in private vocational colleges can be feasible, and more and more readers of teachers and students can enter the library. Through the construction of library characteristic innovation service platform, we can build a powerful platform for common learning and progress for readers.
