高校大学生科技创新能力提升对策研究——基于工科高校的调研数据

Research on the Strategy to Improve College Student's Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability——Based on the Data from Engineering College University

在国家全面实施创新驱动发展战略背景下,高校大学生科技创新能力的培育是高校教育者的工作重点。以工科高校教师和学生为对象,调查了其科技创新工作的整体趋势与特征。结果显示,目前工科高校科技创新氛围不太浓厚、科技创新活动参与率较低、创新能力一般、学生与教师协同度较低。提升高校大学生科技创新能力,不仅要完善机制营造氛围还要加强创新团队和创新平台的建设,更要合理配置高校科技创新资源。

Under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of college students has become the focus of colleges' work. Taking teachers and students of HT University as the object, this paper investigates the overall trend and characteristics of its scientific and technological innovation. The result shows that the current atmosphere of innovation is not so strong, participation rate and general innovation capacity is low, and the coordination of students and teachers have room to improve. To improve innovation on college campus, we should perfect the mechanism to create a good atmosphere and build more teamwork and platform. Moreover, a reasonable allocation of university resources also counts.
