高职院校创新创业人才培养体系的构建研究

Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Training System in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着社会近年来的不断发展,其对于人才的需求也有所改变,具有过硬创新创业能力的人才也成了我国教育的主要培养目标。因此,我国有关教育部门也对就此问题对教育单位提出了符合时代发展的人才培养要求,以提高他们在当今社会的就业竞争力。但是,从目前我国高职院校的教育结果来看,很多学生仍缺乏应有的创新意识和创业精神,也就是说,高职院校在创新创业人才培养体系构建这一问题上,仍然存在很大的进步空间。该文即从该体系构建过程中存在的问题出发,通过对高职院校创新创业培养人才的现状分析,提出了与之相关的几点建议,希望能对高职院校今后的教育发展有所参考。

With the continuous development of society in recent years, its demand for talents has also changed.Talents with excellent innovation and entrepreneurial ability have become the main training objectives of education in China. Therefore, the relevant education departments in China have also put forward the requirements of personnel training in line with the development of the times to improve their employment competitiveness in today's society. However, from the current education results of Higher Vocational Colleges in China, many students still lack the innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit, that is to say, there is still a lot of room for progress in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system in Higher Vocational colleges. In this paper, starting from the problems in the process of building the system, through the analysis of the status quo of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training in Higher Vocational colleges, put forward some relevant suggestions, hoping to have a reference for the future development of Higher Vocational education.
