摘要
该文以现代学徒制为框架,将技能型创新创业人才作为培养目标,从多方协同培养构成要素及作用,多方培养运行机制进行阐述分析,提出由学校、行会平台中心、企业三方联合交互协同培养方式。
Based on the modern apprenticeship system, this paper takes the skilled innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the training objective, elaborates and analyzes the elements and functions of multi-faceted collaborative training, multi-faceted training operation mechanism, multi-faceted training of practical value, and puts forward the three-faceted collaborative training party: school, guild platform center and enterprise.
