黄炎培职业教育思想在高等职业教育教学中的实践探究 被引量:1

摘要 黄炎培作为现代职业教育的先驱,在职业教育思想方面的研究建树颇深,对现代高等职业教育发展具有一定指导意义。而高等职业院校的教育目的是培养具有专业技能的实用型人才,正好与黄炎培的大职业教育思想不谋而合,他强调职业教育是"谋个性之发展,为个人谋生之准备,为个人服务社会之准备,为国家及世界增进生产力之准备",提倡职业教育须同时分一部分精神参加全社会的运动;办职业学校,须同时和一切教育界、职业界努力沟通和联络;提出职业教育的重心在为人民服务,倡导手脑并用、敬业乐群等职业教育理念。对黄炎培职业教育思想的认识、研究历程已经走过了百年,因此该文希望通过黄炎培职业教育思想来指导和探究高等职业院校的教学改革。 As a pioneer of modern career education, huang yanpei has built a deep research on the thought of career education, which is of certain guiding significance for the development of modern higher career education. And the education aim of higher vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents with professional skills, as it happens and huang yanpei vocational education idea coincides with mine, he stressed that vocational education is "for the development of personality, for personal livelihood, serve the society well prepared for the individual, for the country and promote the productivity of the world", advocating the spirit of vocational education must part points at the same time to participate in the movement of the whole society; To run a vocational school, it is necessary to communicate and liaise with all educational and professional sectors at the same time; It is proposed that the focus of professional education is serving the people, and the concept of professional education is advocated, such as the combination of hands and brain and the devotion to music group. The understanding and research process of huang yanpei's career education has gone through a hundred years. Therefore, this paper hopes to guide and explore the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges through huang yanpei's career education thought.
