摘要 目的研究湖北省中等和高等护理职业教育在课程体系、教学内容、技能训练、督导评价等方面存在的脱节、断层或重复的问题,通过中高职院校和医院联手在中职和高职两个层次的开发,制定出符合行业需求和职业教育发展规律,体现中、高等职业教育系统衔接的护理专业教学标准,提高护理专业人才培养质量,更好地满足区域医疗卫生行业对高素质技能型和技术技能型护理人才的需求。方法坚持就业导向、能力本位、可持续发展的基本原则,综合运用文献法、调查法、头脑风暴法等研究方法,借鉴先进的职业教育课程开发理念,深入开展专业调研和岗位职业能力分析。结果以护理行业岗位需求和职业标准为依据,对接国家护士执业资格考试,同时融入优质护理服务、责任制整体护理、人文关怀、护理安全等行业发展的最新元素,形成培养目标、课程体系、教学内容等相互衔接的中、高职护理专业教学标准。结论自颁布实施以来,提升了中、高职护理专业人才培养质量,促进了"适应需求、有效衔接、多元立交"护理职业教育体系的建立。 Objective To study the problems of disjoint, faultage or repetition in curriculum system, teaching content, skill training, supervision and evaluation of secondary and higher nursing vocational education in Hubei Province.To formulate a teaching criterion for nursing specialty that meets the needs of the profession and the development law of vocational education and reflects the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education systems. Methods Comprehensively use research methods such as literature study, questionnaire survey, brainstorming method, professional investigation, job competence analysis, etc. Results Formulate a cohesive teaching criterion of nursing specialty between secondary and higher vocational education, based on the job requirements and occupational standards, interlinked with training objectives, curriculum system and teaching contents. Conclusion The cohesive teaching criterion of nursing specialty between secondary and higher vocational education has improved the quality of nursing personnel training since its promulgation and implementation in 2014.
