文化强省是吉林省"十三五规划"的重大发展战略,作为文化强省建设不可替代的重要组成部分图书馆在文化强省建设中起着至关重要的作用。高校图书馆作为大学文化建设的中心载体是图书馆的主体之一,而民族高校图书馆更是由于其所处的地域特点和民族文化,在文化强省建设中扮演着举足轻重的角色。

Cultural strong province is major development strategy in "the thirteen five-year plan"of Hunan province. As an irreplaceable important part of the construction of a strong cultural province, the library plays a vital role in the construction of a strong cultural province. As the central carrier of university culture construction, university libraries are one of the main bodies of libraries, and university libraries for nationalities play an important role in the construction of a strong cultural province because of their regional characteristics and national culture.
