摘要
创新创业(以下简称"双创")能力是高职学生必备的工作岗位能力之一,提高高职学生双创能力已经成为高等职业教育改革重点方向。该文以延安职业技术学院双创教育为例,对双创师资队伍、双创实践基地、双创教育主体学生、双创教育与专业融合度等方面现状进行分析,从高职院校大力发展校内外双创实践育人基地、鼓励创业导师自主创业带动学生创业制度,强化专业教师双创培训、树立学生双创典型案例、鼓励师生共同参加各项技能大赛等方面就如何提高学生双创能力进行了探索和实践。以期待为高职院校双创教育提供帮助和参考。
Innovation and entrepreneurship ability is one of the essential job abilities of Higher Vocational students, and improving the students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become the key direction of higher vocational education reform. Taking the double-creation education of Yan'an Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of the double-creation teaching staff, the double-creation practice base,the main students of the double-creation education, the degree of integration of the double-creation education and the specialty, and encourages the entrepreneurship tutors to promote the students ‘entrepreneurship through vigorously developing the double-creation practice base inside and outside the college. This paper explores and practices how to improve the students ‘ability of double-creation by strengthening the training of professional teachers, setting up typical cases of students' double-creation and encouraging teachers and students to participate in various skills competitions.With expectation, it can provide help and reference for higher vocational colleges.
