At the same time, under huge employment pressure, there are more and more voice encouraging college students to start their own businesses. However, in college students' actual entrepreneurial process, they are not only challenged by various technical ideas, but also in face of many legal policies and security issues, which make many students confused, thus hindering students' entrepreneurial path.Therefore, we need to analyze and think about the legal confusion, find solutions or resolution methods to improve university entrepreneurship and student training system, strengthen university entrepreneurship support, guarantee the transformation of university entrepreneurial achievements, and provide assistance for college students to start their own businesses.
