就业视角下创业型大学建设问题分析

An Analysis of the Construction Problems of the Enterprise-oriented Universities under the Angle of Employment

中国经济转变增长方式的同时,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。高校从研究性大学转型成为创业型大学,促进研究成果转化成实体产业,被认为是解决就业的新途径。但创业型大学建设过程中出现的新矛盾依然尖锐,包括创新创业教育不能覆盖全体学生、创业扶持机制难以提供实践指导、创新创业教育工作落实不够具体和政府扶持力度较强但却偏离重点等。对此,高校管理者应树立正确的创业教育理念,健全扶持机制以培养学生创业实践能力,并为学生搭建良好的创业平台,优化创业扶持政策,以学生就业转型推动创业型大学建设。

In recent years,China’s economy has continued to grow, but unemployment is common. The employment situation of college graduates is becoming increasingly serious.Faced with the enormous pressure of employment, many colleges anduniversities have taken relevant measures, the most effective is the transformation of universities from research universities to entrepreneurial universities, and the research results into the real industry, to help solve the problem of employment difficulties for graduates.However, there are many problems in the construction of entrepreneurial universities,reflected in 'innovative entrepreneurship education can not cover all students', 'entrepreneurship support mechanisms are difficult to provide practical guidance', 'the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education is not specific enough', and 'the government has strong support but deviates from the focus' four aspects.In this regard,the administrators should establish the correct concept of entrepreneurship education, and improve the support mechanism to cultivate students’ practical ability of enterprise, and build a good business platform for students, at the same time, the government should strengthen the publicity of the support policy of entrepreneurship and help the universities to transform into entrepreneurial universities successfully.
