基于现代学徒制的高职院校教学管理模式探析

Analysis on the Teaching Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges based on Modern Apprenticeship

传统高校教学管理中行政化模式过多,管理过程中对教师管理倾向于文件标准和教学结果等已不适宜市场经济下高校教学管理模式。通过现代学徒制内涵、高校学习特点的基础上,分析存在的问题,结合现代学徒制模式下人才培养要求,对高校教学管理模式改革提出几点建议,以期能够根据高校学生的学习特点,改变传统教学管理模式,适应当前高校教育校企合作、工学交替的教学模式,提高教学管理水平。

In the process of management, teachers tend to prefer document standards and teaching results, which is not suitable for colleges and universities. Based on the connotation of modern apprenticeship and the characteristics of college education, The teaching management mode adapts to the current teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation and engineering-learning in colleges and universities, and improves the level of teaching management.
