高职学生顶岗实习党建工作延伸的探索

高职院校学生党建工作是培养大学生健康成长的一个重要环节,是一项长期而又复杂的工程。发展好大学生党员数量质量是对于壮大党员队伍、增强党的战斗力、改善党员结构、提高党员的整体质量具有重要的战略意义。高职院校学生党员和入党积极分子在顶岗实习期间的党建工作的延伸,也是工学结合培养高技能应用型人才的有力保障。探索在顶岗实习期间联合校企双方的力量,共同开展学生党员培养考察工作的方法途径,更好地实现学生党建工作的全覆盖,把思政教育融入基地生产实践,为党组织培养全面的高素质人才。
