Research on the Construction of Teachers ' Team in Mental Health Education of Construction Engineering Specialty

教师团队建设对于学生心理健康教育具有非常关键的意义,本文从这个角度出发,分析了当前建筑工程施工专业学生心理健康状况,指明学生心理健康教育的重要性,并对教师心理健康和学生心理健康之间的关系展开详细论述,最后提出如何建设心理健康的教师团队。

Teacher Team building is of great significance to students ’ mental health education. From this point of view, this paper analyzes the mental health status of students majoring in construction engineering, points out the importance of students ’ mental health education, and discusses in detail the relationship between teachers ’ mental health and students ’ mental health. Finally, it puts forward how to build a team of teachers of mental health.
