基于履行社会服务职能的地方高校应用型办学实践探索——以武夷学院为例

Exploration of Local Applied-oriented University Based on Social Service Function——Take Wuyi University for Example

武夷学院作为一所地方新建本科院校,在向应用型转型进程中准确定位高校服务社会职能,积极适应老区社会发展需要,坚持以问题为导向策略,针对毕业生本土就业率低、人才培养供给和产业需求不匹配、科技输出与地方产业转型升级需求不对称、师资服务社会能力不足等高校服务社会的突出问题,从学科专业结构调整,人才培养模式优化,应用型师资队伍建设,科技服务产业转型等方面入手推进地方高校服务社会的应用型办学实践路径。

Wuyi University,asa newlybuilt undergraduate university, is located in the old revolutionary base areas and accurately positioned in social service functions during the practical educational transformation process which actively meet the needs of social development in old revolutionary base areas and adhere to the problem oriented strategy.Aiming at the prominent problems of universities in serving the society, such as low employment rate of graduates in local areas, mismatch of talent cultivation supply and industrial demand, asymmetry of science and technology output with local industrial transformation and upgrading demand, and insufficient ability of teachers to serve the society, this paper aims to promote the applied-oriented practical teaching path of local universities in serving the society from the aspects of the adjustment of discipline and professional structure, optimization of personnel training mode, construction of applied teaching staff, and transformation of science and technology service industry.
