摘要
该文着眼于改善学校专业教育产出和职场任用间的衔接落差,尝试结合产业资源和人力资源专家支援,以从事"训练课程设计"工作所需职能为标的,构建运用电子化师徒制增进研究生"训练课程设计职能"的新教学模式。通过文献梳理和专家咨询,建立教学模式,再借由教学实验,让研究生在选修学校"训练课程设计"课程的过程中,以徒弟角色接受来自业界师傅传授实务知识,以检验教学模式的效果。结果发现此教学模式能增进研究生的专业职能,有效缩减学用的衔接落差。
This paper aims at narrowing down the gap between what is learnt by a student receiving major-related education at a university and what may be needed at the workplace with an attempt to construct a new teaching mode that makes the use of E-mentoring system to enhance the job functions required in designing the training courses for postgraduate students by regarding the job functions needed for the work of designing such training courses as an objective, while incorporating the support from the industrial sources and human resource specialists. Through literature reviewing and consulting from experts, a teaching mode is established and then by virtue of teaching experiment, postgraduate students are asked to receive the practical knowledge from masters within the circle in the role of an apprentice when selecting a university’s courses on the design of training courses, so as to test the effect of this teaching mode. The results show that this teaching mode can help to improve the major-related job functions and to effectively reduce the gap between what is learnt and what will be used.
