探析心理韧性在情绪智力化解学业压力中的中介效应——以呼和浩特市8所高校在校学生为例 被引量:2

The Mediating Effect of College Students' Mental Toughness on Emotional Intelligence and Academic Pressure

摘要 心理韧性虽然是一个新生名词,但是随着人们心理问题出现的频率增高与程度加深,受到了越来越多的关注。尤其是大学生群体,在情绪智力与学业压力的双重"夹击"下,更是对心理韧性提出了严整的考验。因此,学界出现了许多研究心理韧性中介作用的课题。该文从内蒙古呼和浩特市随机抽取820名大学生为研究对象,采用情绪智力量表、青少年心理韧性量表、学业压力问卷对其进行调查,结果显示,在没有心理韧性介入前,大学生的情绪智力对学业压力的感知是负向的,加入心理韧性后,情绪智力对预测学业压力虽然没有直接的作用,但是却可以明显改善学生的感知力,使他们感受到更多的支持,可见,心理韧性的培育可以真正培育健康的心理,促进人才的养成。 Psychological resilience is a new term, but with the increasing frequency and degree of people’s psychological problems, it has attracted more and more attention. Especially the college students, under the double 'pinch' of emotional intelligence and academic pressure, put forward a rigorous test of psychological resilience. Therefore, there are many researches on the mediating role of resilience in academic circles. This paper investigates 820 college students randomly selected from Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, using Emotional Intelligence Scale, Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale and Academic Stress Questionnaire. The results show that before the intervention of psychological resilience, college students’ emotional intelligence perceives academic stress negatively, and adds psychology to it. After resilience, emotional intelligence has no direct effect on predicting academic stress, but it can obviously improve students’ perception and make them feel more support. It can be seen that the cultivation of psychological resilience can really cultivate healthy psychology and promote the cultivation of talents.
